Ver descripción y características

ACL Race Series connecting rod bearings for Honda F23 (part number 4B1906H), designed for engines that will operate under much higher loads and at higher RPMs than stock.

They feature a tri-metal structure with a steel backing, copper-lead-tin lining, a nickel barrier, and a soft overlay that conforms and prevents seizure even under very high loads. In the connecting rod bearings, the overlay is thinner to better withstand fatigue.

ACL manufactures them with more "crush" (bearing housing interference) than a standard bearing to ensure they are held firmly in place and dissipate heat more effectively, and with increased eccentricity, which helps maintain the oil film when the housing deforms at high RPMs.

In standard size, ACL specifies them for a rod journal of 44.976 to 45.000 mm, with a bearing width of 15.5 mm. For that diameter, they recommend an oil clearance of approximately 0.049 to 0.058 mm, measured with a micrometer and dial bore gauge. If the crankshaft is reground, the measurement changes.

They do not have the silver-tin final plating of standard bearings, so their dark, brownish-black and bluish color is factory-standard and does not indicate any defect. ACL advises against polishing the bearing surface to adjust clearance; if more is needed, combine them with the HX version, which provides an additional 0.025 mm of clearance.

Before ordering, please confirm your crankshaft measurement (standard or reground); if you have any questions, contact us with your engine code.
