Description

Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a certain date, please write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Annex J in the following versions: BMW 330d and BMW 320i. AST Bolt-In V3 roll cage with 6 anchor points to the body, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the body. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a main hoop made of E355 steel with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a 40mm diameter. The structure is separated into several parts by connecting sleeves to allow it to be installed inside the vehicle.

Thanks to the digitalization of the vehicle's bodywork using laser scanners and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our safety structures.
