Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a certain date, please contact us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This safety structure complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: Ford Escort De Luxe 1.1, Ford Escort TS 1600, Ford Escort RS 1600, Ford Escort RS 2000, and Ford Focus RS 2000 (AUS VERSION). AST Bolt-In V4 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the body, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the bodywork. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a main roll hoop made of E355 steel with a diameter of 45mm; the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a diameter of 40mm. The structure is separated into several parts via connection sleeves to allow it to be installed inside the vehicle.
