This roll cage complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: Ford Escort De Luxe 1.1, Ford Escort TS 1600, Ford Escort RS 1600, Ford Escort RS 2000 and Ford Focus RS 2000 (AUS VERSION). AST Weld-in V5 roll cage with 8 mounting points to the bodywork. The floor plates are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The roll cage is delivered as a weld-in kit and unpainted, consisting of an E355 steel main hoop with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a 40mm diameter.
