Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a certain date, please write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: Ford Sierra 2.0 4x4 Cosworth and Ford Sierra XR4i 4x4. AST Bolt-in V4 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the body, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the bodywork. These 3mm-thick steel bases are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of an E355 steel main hoop with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is manufactured from 40mm diameter E355 steel. The structure is separated by connection sleeves into several parts to allow for installation inside the vehicle.

Thanks to the digitization of the vehicle bodywork using laser scanners and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our safety structures.
