This safety structure complies with FIA Appendix J in the following versions: Mercedes Benz 190E 2.3-16. AST Bolt-In V1 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the bodywork, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the chassis. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a main hoop made of E355 steel with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is manufactured from E355 steel with a 40mm diameter. The structure is separated into several parts via connecting sleeves to allow it to be inserted into the vehicle.
