Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a certain date, write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Annex J in the following versions: Mercedes Benz 190E 2.3-16. AST Bolt-In V2 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the bodywork, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the bodywork. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The roll cage is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of an E355 steel main hoop with a diameter of 45mm; the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a diameter of 40mm. The structure is separated into several parts by joiner sleeves in order to install it inside the vehicle.

Thanks to the digitization of the vehicle bodywork using laser scanners and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our roll cages.
