Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Annex J in the following versions: Mercedes Benz 220E. AST Bolt-In V4 roll cage with 6 attachment points to the body, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the bodywork. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fit on the chassis. The roll cage is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a main hoop made of E355 steel with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a 40mm diameter. The structure is separated into several parts via joint sleeves to allow for installation inside the vehicle.

Thanks to the digitization of the vehicle bodywork using laser scanners and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our roll cages.
