Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, please write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the delivery time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Annex J for the following versions: Opel Astra 2.0 16V. AST Weld-In V4 roll cage with 8 mounting points to the body. The floor plates are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The roll cage is delivered as a weld-in kit and unpainted, consisting of a 45mm diameter E355 steel main hoop, with the rest of the structure made of 40mm diameter E355 steel.

Thanks to the digitization of the vehicle body using laser scanners and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unsurpassable fit for our roll cages.
