Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a certain date, please write to us before purchasing so we can confirm the lead time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Appendix J in the following versions: Peugeot 208 VTI and Peugeot 208 GT Line (130hp). AST Bolt-in V4 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the body, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the body. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, ensuring maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The roll cage is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a 45mm diameter E355 steel main hoop, with the rest of the structure made of 40mm diameter E355 steel. The structure is separated into several parts via connection sleeves to allow for installation inside the vehicle.

Thanks to the digitization of the vehicle body using laser scanners and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our roll cages.
