Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, please write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This safety structure complies with FIA Appendix J in the following versions: FASA-Renault R5, Renault R5 TL 1.0, Renault R5 1.3, Renault R5 1.4 Alpine A5, Renault R5 Alpine Turbo, Renault Turbo I, Renault R5 Copa Alpine N/A, Renault 5 Turbo I and Renault 5 Turbo II. AST Bolt-In V4 roll cage with 6 anchorage points to the bodywork, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the body. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a main hoop made of E355 steel with a diameter of 45mm; the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a diameter of 40mm. The structure is separated into several parts by connecting sleeves to allow it to be inserted into the vehicle.

Thanks to the digitization of the vehicle body using laser scanners and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our safety structures.
