Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, please write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This safety cage complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: FASA-RENAULT R8 Base, FASA-RENAULT R8 Base R-1130, RENAULT R8 (R-1130), RENAULT R8 (R-1132) and RENAULT R8 S (R-1136). AST Bolt-In V3 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the body, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the chassis. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a main hoop made of E355 steel with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is manufactured from E355 steel with a 40mm diameter. The structure is separated into several parts by connecting sleeves to allow for installation inside the vehicle.
