Description

Made to order. AST manufactures every roll cage for the specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, please write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: SIMCA 1000, SIMCA 1000 Special, SIMCA 1000 Rallye, SIMCA 1000 Rallye 2 and SIMCA 1000 Rallye 3. AST Bolt-In V2 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the bodywork, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the chassis. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The roll cage is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of an E355 steel main hoop with a diameter of 45mm, while the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a diameter of 40mm. The cage is split into several parts using connecting sleeves to allow for installation inside the vehicle. Thanks to the laser scanning of the vehicle's bodywork and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our roll cages.
