This safety cage complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: VW Golf 1.5D, VW Golf 1.1i, VW Golf 1.6, VW Golf 1.6 GTI, VW Golf 1.8 GTI and VW Golf GTI 16S Oettinger

AST Multipoint Weld-In V1 roll cage with 10 connection points to the bodywork. The floor plates are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is supplied as a weld-in kit and is unpainted, consisting of an E355 steel main roll bar with a 45mm diameter, while the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a 40mm diameter. Thanks to laser scanning of the vehicle's bodywork and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our safety structures.
