Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, please write to us before purchasing so we can confirm the timeframe.

This safety structure complies with FIA Annex J for the following versions: VW Golf 1.5D, VW Golf 1.1i, VW Golf 1.6 GTI and VW Golf 1.8 GTI. AST Bolt-In V2 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the bodywork, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the body. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, ensuring maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a 45mm diameter E355 steel main hoop; the rest of the structure is made of 40mm diameter E355 steel. The structure is separated by joint sleeves into several parts to allow it to be installed inside the vehicle. Thanks to laser scanning of the vehicle body and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our safety structures.
