Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, please write to us before purchasing so we can confirm the lead time.

This safety cage complies with FIA Annex J in the following versions: VW Golf 1.9 TDI. AST Bolt-In V2 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the body, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the body. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of an E355 steel main hoop with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a 40mm diameter. The structure is separated into several parts using connecting sleeves to allow it to be inserted into the vehicle. Thanks to the digitalization of the vehicle body using laser scanners and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our safety structures.
