Description

Made-to-order manufacturing. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, please write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This safety structure complies with FIA Appendix J in the following versions: VW Golf 1.9 TDI and 1.8 20V. AST Multipoint Weld-In V3 roll cage with 10 body attachment points. The floor bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is supplied as a weld-in kit and unpainted, consisting of a main hoop made of E355 steel with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is manufactured from E355 steel with a 40mm diameter.

Thanks to the digitization of the vehicle body using laser scanners and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unsurpassed fit for our safety structures.
