Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This safety cage complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: Volkswagen Jetta 1.6D. AST Weld-In V4 safety cage with 8 body mounting points. The floor plates are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety cage is supplied as a weld-in kit and is unpainted; it consists of an E355 steel main hoop with a 45mm diameter, while the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a 40mm diameter.

Thanks to laser scanner digitization of the vehicle body and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unsurpassable fit for our safety cages.
