Made to order. AST manufactures every structure for the specific car, so the lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a certain date, write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This safety cage complies with FIA Appendix J in the following versions: Volvo 142 GL and Volvo 142 S. AST Bolt-In V2 roll cage with 6 anchor points to the body, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the body. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a main hoop made of E355 steel with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is manufactured from E355 steel with a 40mm diameter. The structure is separated into several parts using connecting sleeves to allow for installation inside the vehicle. Thanks to laser scanner digitalization of the vehicle body and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our safety cages.
