Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a certain date, please write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: Volvo 142 GL and Volvo 142 S. AST Bolt-in V3 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the bodywork, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the chassis. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The roll cage is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a 45mm diameter E355 steel main hoop; the rest of the structure is made of 40mm diameter E355 steel. The structure is separated into several parts using connecting sleeves to allow for installation inside the vehicle.

Thanks to the digitization of the vehicle bodywork using laser scanners and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unsurpassable fit for our roll cages.
