Description

Made-to-order manufacturing. AST manufactures every structure for each specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Appendix J in the following versions: Volvo 142 GL and Volvo 142 S. AST Weld-In V5 roll cage with 8 mounting points to the bodywork. The floor plates are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fit on the chassis. The roll cage is delivered as a weld-in kit and is unpainted. It consists of a 45mm diameter E355 steel main hoop, with the rest of the structure made of 40mm diameter E355 steel.

Thanks to laser scanner digitization of the vehicle body and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our roll cages.
