Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a specific date, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm the lead time.

This safety structure complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: Volvo 144 GL and Volvo 144 S. AST Bolt-In V1 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the bodywork, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the body. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety structure is delivered welded and unpainted, and consists of a main hoop made of E355 steel with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is manufactured from E355 steel with a 40mm diameter. The structure is separated into several parts by connecting sleeves to allow for installation inside the vehicle.
