Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the approximate lead time is 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a certain date, write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the lead time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: Volvo 240 Turbo, Volvo 240 D6 2.4, Volvo 244 DL, Volvo 244GL, and Volvo 264 DL. AST Bolt-In V2 roll cage with 6 mounting points to the body, bolted onto 6 bases welded to the body. These bases are made of 3mm thick steel and are designed and manufactured specifically for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The roll cage is delivered welded and unpainted, consisting of an E355 steel main hoop with a 45mm diameter; the rest of the structure is made of E355 steel with a 40mm diameter. The structure is separated into several parts using connecting sleeves to allow it to be installed inside the vehicle.
