Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a certain date, please write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the delivery time.

This roll cage complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: Volvo 240 Turbo, Volvo 240 D6 2.4, Volvo 244 DL, Volvo 244GL, and Volvo 264 DL. AST Multipoint Weld-in V1 roll cage with 10 body attachment points. The floor base plates are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The roll cage is delivered as a weld-in kit and unpainted, consisting of a main roll hoop made of E355 steel with a diameter of 45mm, with the rest of the structure made of E355 steel with a diameter of 40mm.
