Made to order. AST manufactures each structure for the specific car, so the lead time is approximately 2 months from order confirmation. If you need the part by a certain date, write to us before purchasing and we will confirm the delivery time.

This safety cage complies with FIA Appendix J for the following versions: Volvo 240 Turbo, Volvo 240 D6 2.4, Volvo 244 DL, Volvo 244GL, and Volvo 264 DL. AST Multipoint Weld-In V2 roll cage with 10 attachment points to the body. The floor plates are made of 3mm thick steel and are specifically designed and manufactured for each car, achieving maximum safety and fitment on the chassis. The safety cage is supplied as a weld-in kit and is unpainted, consisting of a 45mm diameter E355 steel main hoop; the rest of the structure is made of 40mm diameter E355 steel.

Thanks to laser scanning of the vehicle body and professional 3D design, we guarantee an unbeatable fit for our safety cages.
