Description

ARP 146-2801 flywheel bolt kit for the Jeep 4.0L. These secure the flywheel to the crankshaft, and it is advisable to replace the stock bolts with stronger ones when installing a lightweight flywheel or an upgraded clutch.

They feature ARP's exclusive flat 12-point head and a thicker shank than the stock bolts, which improves strength and flywheel centering. 1/2-20 thread and 22.2 mm under-head length.

Follow the torque and tightening sequence in the ARP instructions, which are calculated for their assembly lubricant; using engine oil will change the actual torque. Not sure which engine version you have? Send us the code and we will confirm the part number.
