ARP cylinder head bolt kit for Mini Cooper 1.6L Supercharged and N/A (W10/W11 02-08), part number 206-3601. This is the alternative to studs when you prefer to keep the stock bolt system, using a part that is much stronger than the original.

Pro Series bolts are cold-forged and heat-treated before thread rolling. They feature a reduced or 12-point wrenching head with a wide base, and the kit includes hardened and ground washers.

Follow the torque and tightening sequence in the ARP instructions, which are calculated for their assembly lubricant; using motor oil will change the actual torque. If you are unsure whether this is the correct part for your engine, write to us with your engine code and year.
