ARP 207-4302 head studs are made for the Mitsubishi 4G63 (94-07 M11 Custom Age) (M11). Replacing the stock bolts with studs helps keep the head gasket sealed when the engine is running with higher turbo pressure or higher compression.

They are manufactured from Custom Age 625+, a superalloy with a typical strength of 260,000 to 280,000 psi, which is highly resistant to fatigue and corrosion. The threads are rolled after heat treatment, which gives ARP studs superior fatigue strength, and the final grinding ensures that the cylinder head and gasket seat aligned during installation.

Follow the tightening torque and sequence from the ARP instructions, which are calculated for their assembly lubricant; using engine oil will change the actual torque. Confirm the engine code before ordering; if you are not sure, we can help you verify it.
