Description

ARP 203-4207 head studs are made for the Toyota 3S-GTE (Custom Age). Replacing the stock bolts with studs helps keep the head gasket sealed when the engine is running with higher turbo pressure or higher compression.

They are manufactured from Custom Age 625+, a superalloy with a typical tensile strength of 260,000 to 280,000 psi, which is highly resistant to fatigue and corrosion. The threads are rolled after heat treatment, which gives ARP studs superior fatigue strength, and the final grinding ensures that the head and gasket sit aligned during installation.
