Description

ARP 203-4301 head studs are designed for the Toyota 2JZ-GE and 2JZ-GTE (Custom Age). Replacing the factory bolts with studs helps keep the head gasket sealed when the engine is running higher boost pressure or increased compression.

They are manufactured from Custom Age 625+, a superalloy with a typical tensile strength of 260,000–280,000 psi, which is highly resistant to fatigue and corrosion. The threads are rolled after heat treatment, which gives ARP studs superior fatigue strength, and the final grinding ensures that the cylinder head and gasket seat perfectly aligned during installation.

Follow the torque specifications and tightening sequence in the ARP instructions, which are calculated for their assembly lubricant; using engine oil will change the actual torque. Before ordering, please confirm your engine code; if you are unsure, we can help you verify it.
