This ARP 203-4706 kit replaces the Toyota Supra A90 3.0L (BMW B58) cylinder head bolts with studs. It is one of the first upgrades performed on an engine that will be tuned for increased power, as the head gasket is one of the first points to fail.
They are manufactured from Custom Age 625+, a superalloy with a typical tensile strength of 260,000 to 280,000 psi, which is highly resistant to fatigue and corrosion. The threads are rolled after heat treatment, which gives ARP studs superior fatigue strength, and the final grinding ensures the cylinder head and gasket seat perfectly aligned during installation.
