Description

This ARP 209-4702 kit replaces the cylinder head hardware for the Opel 2.5L V6 (lightweight bolts) with studs. It is one of the first upgrades performed on an engine intended for increased power, as the head gasket is one of the first points to fail.

The threads are rolled after heat treatment, which gives ARP studs superior fatigue resistance, and the final precision grinding ensures that the head and gasket seat perfectly aligned during installation.

Use the ARP assembly lubricant and their torque specifications, as the load applied to each part will not be the same with any other lubricant. Before ordering, confirm your engine code; if you are not sure, we can help you check it.
