ARP cylinder head stud kit for the Hyundai 2.0L Turbo (G4KF), part number 228-4301. Replaces the factory head bolts with studs and nuts, a solution that distributes the load more effectively across the gasket and prevents damage to the engine block threads each time the cylinder head is removed.

They are manufactured from ARP2000, an exclusive ARP alloy that reaches a tensile strength of approximately 220,000 psi and maintains its properties under temperature better than chrome-moly. The threads are rolled after heat treatment, which gives ARP studs superior fatigue resistance, and the final grinding ensures that the cylinder head and gasket seat perfectly aligned during installation.

Tighten following ARP's sequence and torque values and using their assembly lubricant, as the specified torque values are calibrated for it. Before ordering, confirm the engine code; if you are unsure, we can help you verify it.
