ARP main stud kit for the BMW S1000RR (Bike), part number 201-5201. It replaces the stock main bolts with much stronger ones, ensuring that the crankshaft bearings do not shift when the engine is under load.
They are manufactured from ARP2000, an ARP-proprietary alloy that reaches a tensile strength of approximately 220,000 psi and maintains its properties better under heat than chrome-moly.
Use ARP assembly lubricant and their torque specifications, as the load received by each part varies with other lubricants. Before ordering, confirm your engine code; if you are unsure, we can help you check it.
