Description

ARP main stud kit for the Ford 1.6L Ecoboost, part number 251-5002. It replaces the stock main bolts with much stronger hardware, preventing crankshaft bearing caps from shifting when the engine is under load.

They are manufactured from ARP2000, ARP’s proprietary alloy, which reaches approximately 220,000 psi tensile strength and maintains its properties better at high temperatures than chrome-moly.

Tighten following ARP's sequence and torque specifications using their assembly lubricant, as the torque values provided are designed for it. Please confirm the engine code before ordering; if you are unsure, we can help you verify it.
