Description

ARP main stud kit for the Honda L15, part number 108-5401. They replace the bolts that secure the crankshaft main bearing caps.

With studs, the caps do not shift or rub against the block when the engine is under high load, and the block threads no longer undergo wear during each assembly. The kit includes hardened and ground nuts and washers. ARP manufactures them from 8740 chrome-moly steel treated to 190,000 psi, with threads rolled after heat treatment.

Tighten following ARP's sequence and values and using their assembly lubricant, as the torque specs provided are designed for it. Not sure about your engine version? Send us the code and we will confirm the part number.
