Description

With this ARP 203-5401 kit, the Toyota 2AZ-FE main caps are secured with studs instead of bolts.

In a tuned engine, main caps tend to shift under load; studs prevent this and keep the block threads in good condition. Includes hardened and ground nuts and washers. They are manufactured from ARP2000, ARP's proprietary alloy that reaches a tensile strength of approximately 220,000 psi and maintains its properties better at temperature than chrome-moly.

Use ARP assembly lubricant and their torque specifications, because with a different lubricant the load received by each part will not be the same. Not sure about your engine version? Send us the code and we will confirm the part number.
