Description

The ARP 203-5405 main studs are for the Toyota 2JZ-GE and 2JZ-GTE and replace the stock main cap bolts.

With studs, the caps do not shift or rub against the block when the engine is under high load, and the block threads no longer suffer during each assembly. The kit includes hardened and ground nuts and washers. ARP manufactures them from 8740 chrome-moly treated to 190,000 psi, with the threads rolled after heat treatment.

Use ARP assembly lubricant and their torque specifications, because with other lubricants, the load received by each part is not the same. Before ordering, confirm the engine code; if you are not sure, we can help you check it.
