ARP 207-5401 main studs are for the Mitsubishi 4G63 and replace the stock main cap bolts.
In a tuned engine, main caps tend to move under load; the studs prevent this and keep the block threads in good condition. Includes hardened and ground nuts and washers. ARP manufactures them from 8740 chromoly steel, heat-treated to 190,000 psi, with threads rolled after heat treatment.
Use ARP assembly lubricant and their torque specifications, because with any other lubricant, the preload received by each part is not the same. Not sure about your engine version? Send us the code and we will confirm the part number.
