Description

ARP 207-5402 main studs are for the Mitsubishi G54B and replace the stock main cap bolts.

In a built engine, main caps tend to walk under load; the studs prevent this and keep the block threads in good condition. Includes hardened, ground washers and nuts. ARP manufactures them from 8740 chrome-moly, heat-treated to 190,000 psi, with threads rolled after heat treatment.

Follow the torque and tightening sequence in the ARP instructions, which are calculated for their assembly lubricant; if using engine oil, the actual torque changes. Not sure about your engine version? Send us the code and we will confirm the part number.
