ARP 207-5403 main studs are for the Mitsubishi Lancer Evo X (4B11T 2008+) and replace the stock main cap bolts.
With studs, the caps do not shift or rub against the block when the engine is under high load, and the block threads no longer suffer during each assembly. The kit includes hardened and ground nuts and washers. ARP manufactures them from 8740 chromoly treated to 190,000 psi, with threads rolled after heat treatment.
Tighten following ARP's sequence and values and using their assembly lubricant, because the torque specifications provided are designed for it. If you have questions about whether this is the correct part number for your engine, write to us with your engine code and year.
