Description

ARP 504-9501 main studs are for the Porsche 911-930 Turbo (crankcase halves) and replace the stock main bearing cap bolts.

In a tuned engine, main bearing caps tend to move under load; the studs prevent this and keep the block threads in good condition. Includes hardened, parallel-ground washers and nuts. ARP manufactures them from 8740 chromoly steel, heat-treated to 190,000 psi, with threads rolled after heat treatment.

Tighten following ARP's sequence and values, and use their assembly lubricant, as the torque specs provided are designed for it. Before ordering, confirm your engine code; if you are not sure, we can help you check it.
