ARP 204-6001 connecting rod bolts are for the Porsche 911 2.4L 2.7L 3L 3L Turbo (M10) (M10). Replacing them is almost mandatory when opening an engine that is going to run with more power, because the stock bolt is the first thing to fail.

ARP recommends installing them by checking the stretch, between 0.0095 and 0.0100 inches, with a guide torque of 50 lb-ft (about 68 Nm) using their lubricant. It is advisable to measure the stretch of each bolt and replace it if it has been permanently stretched by more than one thousandth of an inch.
