ARP 201-6305 connecting rod bolt kit for the Peugeot 1.6L (N12/N14/N16/N18 07-15 M7 x 45 mm). In a connecting rod, the first thing that gives way when the engine revs or power increases is the bolt, and ARP is the benchmark for this part.
ARP recommends installing them by checking the stretch, between 0.0055 and 0.0060 inches, with a reference torque of 19 lb-ft (about 26 Nm) using their lubricant. It is advisable to measure the stretch of each bolt and replace it if it has been permanently stretched by more than one thousandth of an inch.
