ARP connecting rod bolts for the Nissan VQ35DE and VQ35HR, part number 202-6006. The bolt is the weak point of a connecting rod, and these replace the stock ones with much higher fatigue resistance.
ARP recommends installing them by checking the stretch, between 0.0065 and 0.0070 inches, with a reference torque of 30 lb-ft (approx. 41 Nm) using their lubricant. It is advisable to measure the stretch of each bolt and replace it if it has remained permanently stretched by more than one thousandth of an inch.
Tighten following ARP's sequence and values and using their assembly lubricant, because the torque specs they indicate are designed for it. Before ordering, confirm the engine code; if you are not sure, we can help you check it.
