Description

ARP 203-6004 connecting rod bolt kit for the Toyota 7M-GTE. In a connecting rod, the first thing to fail when engine RPM or power increases is the bolt, and ARP is the benchmark for this part.

ARP recommends installing them by measuring bolt stretch, between 0.0060 and 0.0065 inches, with a reference torque of 50 lb-ft (about 68 Nm) using their lubricant. It is advisable to measure the stretch of each bolt and replace it if it has been permanently stretched by more than one thousandth of an inch.
