ARP connecting rod bolts for the Honda F20C and F22C, part number 208-6002. The bolt is the weak point of a connecting rod, and these replace the factory ones with others that have much higher fatigue resistance.
ARP recommends installing them by checking the stretch, between 0.0055 and 0.0060 inches, with a target torque of 45 lb-ft (about 61 Nm) using their lubricant. It is advisable to measure the stretch of each bolt and replace it if it has been permanently stretched by more than one thousandth of an inch.
Use ARP's assembly lubricant and their torque values, because with another lubricant the load each part receives is not the same. If you are unsure if this is the correct part number for your engine, write to us with your engine code and year.
