Description

ARP 208-6003 connecting rod bolt kit for the Honda K20A and K24A. In a connecting rod, the first thing to fail when the engine increases in RPM or power is the bolt, and ARP is the benchmark for this part.

ARP recommends installing them by monitoring stretch, between 0.0080 and 0.0085 inches, with a guide torque of 50 lb-ft (approx. 68 Nm) using their lubricant. It is advisable to measure the stretch of each bolt and replace it if it has remained permanently stretched by more than one thousandth of an inch.
