The BR Series is the gateway to BC Racing coilovers and the one that ends up being equipped on the most cars. Each application is developed by testing the actual vehicle until reaching a point that is just as convincing for daily use as it is when pushing hard on a track day. Inside, it features a 46mm piston within a 53mm body, more generous than usual in this range: with more oil, the temperature rises slowly and the damping retains its character for longer. It is adjusted with 30 positions that act simultaneously on compression and rebound.
Complete kit for all four wheels of the Audi A6/S6 C5 A6 AWD (99-05) (ALLROAD). Weighs 23 kg. Manufacturer part number S-19-BR-RS.
It features rubber top mounts on both axles. Ride height is adjusted independently of spring preload, and the tapered bottom locking collar prevents the setting from shifting with use. Includes dust boots to protect the seals and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
There are 3 spring rate combinations available. The one BC Racing defines as the default for this car is 14/9 kg/mm.
