The BR Series is the gateway to BC Racing coilovers and the one that ends up being equipped on the most cars. Each application is developed by testing the actual vehicle until reaching a point that is equally convincing for daily driving as it is for pushing hard on a track day. Inside, it features a 46mm piston within a 53mm body, more generous than usual in this range: with more oil, the temperature rises slowly and the damping retains its character for longer. It is adjusted with 30 positions that act simultaneously on compression and rebound.

The front features pillowball mounts, with camber adjustment depending on the application, and the rear features rubber mounts or no mount, depending on the application. The front axle allows for camber and caster adjustment, something not available in all applications. The ride height is adjusted independently of the spring preload, and the tapered lower collar prevents the setting from moving with use. Includes dust boots for seal protection and a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
There are 10 spring rate combinations available, including Offset configurations. The one BC Racing defines as default for this car is 6/9 kg/mm.
Before you buy
Front pillowball mounts are a rigid anchor, without an elastic element, and in some bodies, they transmit a slight knocking sound to the cabin. This does not indicate a defect, and BC Racing does not cover it under warranty nor accept returns for this reason. Configurations with rubber mounts avoid this effect.
The offset mount is not available on HM or ZR versions.
